Your rental includes:
- Central heating and hot water by nightstore (additional electricity use on meter)
· The large double bed can be replaced by twin beds if preferred
· Bed linen and towels (duvets on beds)
· Large bathroom with full sized bath and fitted shower
· Private garden and driveway with safe parking off the Forest
· Your pet dog is welcome, complete with his/her own bed for an additional payment of £15 per week
· Babies are welcome, but please bring his/her own cot
Booking Details
· One third of total rental secures the arrangement for the booking;
· The balance is due one month before the date booked;
· Arrangements made within a month of the date booked should be paid in full on booking;
· Insurance against possible cancellation is not included, but at your discretion;
