Old Stables Cottage stands on the western boundary of Myrtle Farm, a commoners' holding in the heart of the New Forest.
Looking at the plan above, the accommodation comprises:
· A double bedroom with a choice of twin or double beds, ample storage and views over the forest;
· A comfortable lounge/dining room with colour TV and VCR, which looks south over the cottage garden;
· A fully fitted tiled kitchen with fridge/freezer, fitted cooker, microwave cooker and washing machine with integral tumble dryer;
· A spacious fully tiled bathroom with bath/shower, WC, bidet and basin. The bath has optional electric powered bath chair for the comfort of guests with mobility problems.
Heating and hot water by night store electricity are included in the rent. Other electricity use is payable by meter reading at the end of your stay.
The cottage has its own private driveway for off-forest parking and a pretty, south-facing, cottage garden.
